My name is Catherine. I’m not perfect, but I’m trying to be (chortle!). This is my first ever blog, so ‘bear with’ as Miranda would say.
This blog is intended for anyone who wants to improve their life, and work towards living their best life – and yes, that includes me! It’s about health and well-being – mental and physical.
It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a while, and not quite had the courage to do. But here I am, and I hope you’ll find something here that can help you to lead a more healthy and happy life. After all, life isn’t a dress rehearsal.
You will find information on the following: an alcohol free life (me being the guinea pig!), fitness, vegan life and facts, resources and real stories to help inspire you.
I would love to connect with like-minded people and be able to add something positive to someone’s, or dare I say many people’s, life.
This might be clumsy; I’m no expert. There may be typos and cringy moments (this is a given, especially if my children read this!), but it will be from the heart and for the right reasons.

BIG UPDATE!: January 2020. In December, after suffering chronic back pain, shoulder pain and neck pain (plus other symptoms I will discuss elsewhere on this site) for over six months, I discovered the work of Dr John Sarno. In December 2019, after many X-rays and MRIs, I was ‘diagnosed’ with TMS by the wonderful Georgie Oldfield and have been on a mission, ever since, to learn more about this condition and help others who are suffering with it – plus myself. Health and fitness – both mental and physical – is my passion and I will pursue my dream to become a Health Coach and Mindbody Practitioner. I want to help you to feel great.
